How do I order a custom-designed hoodie?
In a few easy steps, you'll soon be holding the most unique hoodie in the world, as it will be made entirely to your design!
First, choose the hoodie's size. You can consult our size chart in the next tab, Our Hoodies, to ensure you select the most accurate size for yourself and/or your loved ones.
Next, upload the image you wish to have printed and/or write the text you would like us to add or print independently.
You repeat these two steps for uploading the image/text for the back as well.
We've also provided a field where you can note any additional requirements you may have. This field is optional.
Tips regarding the images you send us:
Please keep in mind that whatever you see in the photo/image is what will be printed. Choose the highest possible quality image. If you would like our designer to further process the image, please indicate this in the "Additional comments" field. For more complex processing, additional charges may apply. This will be clarified after a conversation with our representative.

Returns & exchanges
You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition, with the original packaging and label intact.
Where the return or exchange is at the customer's request, the courier costs are theirs. Exchanges are completed within 14 working days of the returned item reaching us.
Production & printing
We print everything ourselves, in our own workshop in Varna. T-shirts are printed direct-to-garment (DTG) on two industrial Brother GTXpro Bulk machines with a Schulze 5 pretreatment unit; dark and synthetic fabrics go through DTF instead.
The result is a soft, high-detail print that doesn't sit on the fabric like a sticker.
